Rent buildings for Minorities Hostels

Department of Minorities Welfare requires rented buildings for its three Post-Matric Boys Hostels of 100-capacity and two girls hostels of 100-capacity in the city, totalling five hostels. The buildings with minimum of 25 rooms should have adequate basic amenities like 24×7 water supply, 24×7 power supply, parking facility, solar system, library, computer and separate space for store room, along with better ventilation and light. It should also have kitchen, UGD and wash area. The other requirements include safety earthing, distance from electric poles and line. The building should not be located in prohibited area and free from the influence of bad habits. Building owners should have title deeds in their possession.
