Sanskrit Day contests

As part of its Samskruthotsava celebrations, Pramati Hillview Academy, Kuvempunagar, has organised Inter-School Sanskrit Competitions in various categories in memory of S.N. Balachandra on Aug. 21 at the School premises.

Category-1 (Class 1, 2 and 3): Bhagavad Gita Recitation (any 6 Shlokas from 16th Chapter).

Category-2 (Class 4 and 5): Samskrutha Story-telling.

Category-3 (Class 6 & 7): Subhashita Recitation and Ramayana Quiz (2 students as 1 team).

Category-4 (Class 8 to 10): Group Song in Sanskrit (8 students in a group, including accompaniments); Speech on ‘Legacy of Indian Science.’
