Senior citizen’s gold chain snatched in Bannimantap

Mysore/Mysuru:  Bike-borne miscreants have snatched a gold chain of a senior citizen at Bannimantap yesterday night.

The elderly woman, who lost her gold chain, is 76-year-old Sharadamma, a resident of HUDCO Layout in Bannimantap. She was returning home after visiting her relative when two persons on a bike snatched her 15 grams gold chain and sped away. One of the miscreants was wearing a red coloured T-shirt, it is learnt.

N.R. Police are investigating.
