The Mysuru Zoo in association with the Forest Department (Regional Division) has organised a day-long workshop on Snake Conservation for snake rescuers on July 2 from 10 am at the Zoo auditorium. The workshop is being held to provide more information about snakes and steps to be taken to protect and conserve them besides creating awareness on these reptiles. Interested snake rescuers, willing to attend the workshop may register their names by sending e-mail to: [email protected], according to a press release from the Executive Director, Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens, Mysuru.
