Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Friday reserved its order on the plea of Prajwal Revanna, who had sought a stay on his disqualification as Hassan MP, until he files a petition in the Supreme Court challenging his disqualification.
A Single Judge Bench comprising Justice K. Natarajan, after hearing the arguments and counter arguments, reserved its order on Prajwal Revanna’s plea to Sept.11 or 12. On Sept.1, a Single Judge bench of the High Court had declared the election of Prajwal Revanna as JD(S) MP from Hassan as null and void.
