Mysuru: Mysuru Zoo is organising a Summer Camp for students from 7th standard to II PUC from Apr. 21 to May 14 in two batches between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

The first batch consisting of 60 students will be held from Apr. 21 to 30 and the second batch of 60 students from May 5 to 14.

Applications can be obtained from the Zoo Office between 10.30 am and 5 pm from Mar. 25 to Apr. 5 for both the batches and the filled in applications, along with age proof (Aadhaar Card), two stamp size recent photos and a fee of Rs. 500 should be submitted at the Zoo Office.

The camp includes providing information about nature, wildlife conservation and bio-diversity apart from visit to Karanji Lake Nature Park and Regional Museum of Natural History.

Bird-watching, Tree and Plant Identification and studies on animal behaviour will also be taken up at the camp.
