Mysuru: The Malalavadi Court Complex at Jayanagar (behind Apollo BGS Hospitals) was abuzz this morning as fifteen Courts, which hitherto were functioning at the City Law Courts Complex in Chamarajapuram, started functioning at the new Complex.
