‘Kambala’ now legal

New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee yesterday promulgated the ordinance legalising the traditional ‘Kambala’ sport. He approved the promulgation of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Karnataka Amendment) Ordinance, 2017, making Kambala legal in Karnataka.
