The Anniversary Special Issue of ‘Star of Mysore’  is eagerly looked forward to by the readers, who would be wondering what new topic of interest will it contain to savour it at leisure in its 46th year issue (SOM dated Feb. 16, 2023).

As an avid reader of your Eveninger, I await the delivery boy coming with lot of expectation. The first thing I do is to rapidly scan to find out the type of articles to decide which one I should take up to read.

The other equally attractive feature is the number of colourful advertisements so attractively displayed. Of course, the cartoon under ‘Editor’s Bottomline’ never fails to amuse.

The primacy given to the heritage under ‘Securing Royal Legacy’ in centre spread is quite  appropriate. The other two articles that caught my interest were one about ‘Family of Doctors’ which was an amazing story and another was ‘The Sunshine Lady,’ an inspiring human saga. Thank you ‘SOM.’
