Two-day Spoorthi Utsava in city from Aug. 3

Spoorthi, the women’s wing of Builders Association of India (BAI), Mysuru Centre, will be organising a two-day ‘Spoorth Utsava’ at Jayamma Govinde Gowda Community Hall in Kuvempunagar on Aug. 3 and 4. Addressing press persons at Pathrakarthara Bhavan, Spoorthi President Ramadevi Srikanth said the event would be inaugurated by Raghuleela School of Music Director Sunitha Chandrakumar and BAI Mysuru Chairman A.S. Yoganarasimha at 9.30 am. The Utsava will feature exhibition of sarees, salwar, kurthas, jewellery, home decors, kitchenware, gift items, pottery, handicrafts, food court among others. The expo will be open to public from 10 am to 8. 30 pm. Entry for public is free.  Jhanavi Dinesh, Kavitha Gururaj, Veena Ashok and Lalitha Srinath were present at the press meet.
