Zoo animals adopted

The following people have adopted animals at Mysuru Zoo under “Adoption of Animals” scheme by paying the adoption fee. Youth Club 2019 of Mysuru Zoo – Great Indian Hornbill (Rs.5,000); Sumana V. Patel, Bengaluru – Green Anaconda (Rs.10,000); M.N. Varadaraj Iyengar, Mysuru – Brown Capuchin (Rs.7,500); M. Rajashekara, Mysuru – Mandarin Duck (Rs. 2,000); A. Anuradha- Bengaluru – Four Horned Antelope (Rs. 5,000); P. Harisha, Bengaluru- Lesser Sulphur -Crested Cockatoo, Australian Rainbow Lorikeet and Green winged Macaw (Rs. 15,000); Indira Venkatraman, Mysuru – Nilgiri Langur and Common Ostrich (Rs. 20,000); Krishna Anand, Mysuru- Nilgiri Langur and Common Ostrich (Rs. 20,000); H.N. Naveen, Bengaluru- White Peacock (Rs. 3,500), according to a press release from Zoo’s Executive Director.
