Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru Hair and Beauty Association (MHBA),  a newly formed team of beauticians from Mysuru, Mandya, Chamarajanagar and Kodagu, had organised a day-long seminar on ‘Bridal Makeup’ at a private hotel in city recently.

The seminar was conducted by celebrity makeup artiste Uma Jadav of Cosmos Makeup Studio and Academy, Mysuru, who is also the President of MHBA. She has done her Advance Makeup Course from Austria and is a National and State Awardee.

The seminar started with how to prepare the skin before starting the makeup, following which she taught how to do different bridal makeup styles such as Hindu bride, Muslim bride and Christian bride. 

The selection of foundation according to the skin, the types of eye shadows to choose according to culture, some tips and tricks to follow during the bridal makeup was taught by Uma Jaday.

The seminar was attended by 125 beauticians from Mysuru, Mandya, Chamarajanagar and Kodagu districts.
