Submits memorandum to MUDA Comr.

Mysuru: Volunteers of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), opposing the amendments to Common Zoning Regulations proposed by Urban Development Department, presented a memorandum to Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) Commissioner Dr. M. Mahesh at the MUDA office and also to Additional Dy. Commissioner T. Yogesh at the DC’s office recently.

AAP members Malavika, Syed Jaffer, V. Prakash, Nandram Negi, Shafeeq Ahmed, Srinivasa Manu and Renuka Prasad were present.

The AAP demands are: Gazette Notifications must be immediately withdrawn; Long Term Master Plan must be drawn keeping in mind the growth requirements of the city for next 25 years; Government must ensure participation of general public and stakeholders in the preparation of MPC,  according to a press release from AAP Mysuru Media Coordinator G.R. Vidyaranya.
