Mysuru:  TTL College of Business Management celebrated its Annual Day in the College premises recently.

Prof. Venkataramaiah, retired Principal of TTL First Grade College and Prof. Basavegowda, retired Principal of TTL Independent PU College, were the guests of honour.

Prof. H.N. Ashwathanarayan, Executive Secretary, TTL Trust, Dr. B.V. Prasanth, Administrator and Placement Officer of TTL Trust, Dr. M. Preethi, Principal of TTL FGC, Dr. Eshwarappa, M.Com Coordinator and B.M. Maruthi Prasana, Principal of TTL Independent PU College, were also present.

College Management, staff and students felicitated Prof. Venkataramaiah and Prof. Basavegowda on the occasion.

Annual report of B.Com, BBA/BBM and M.Com were presented by J. Preethi and S.R. Shashikala. Annual report of Sports and NSS activities were presented by PE Director Girish.

Cash prize, certificates and mementoes were given to Academic toppers of BBM, B.Com and M.Com.

Certificates and mementoes were distributed to the prize winners of various cultural and talents day competition.

S. Avinash, II B.Com and Spoorthi, III B.Com were declared as Mr. and Ms. TTL.

Prof. H.N. Ashwanthanarayan, Executive Secretary, TTL Trust, presided. Cultural Co-ordinator Gagan, Asst. Professor, coordinated the entire events. Sankalpa, II M.Com student, anchored the programme.

Jnanasarovara International Residential School

The Annual Prize Distribution ceremony was held at Jnanasarovara International Residential School recently. Students who won laurels in various categories like CCA, Sports, Academics, behaviour and many more, were honoured.

Former Mayor H.N. Srikantaiah delivered the keynote address.  He stressed on the fact that if an individual has talent and wisdom, confidence follows. Primary knowledge is an essential factor in the learning process. Everyone must have a goal and try to reach it. He encouraged students to utilise time and the given facilities to reach goal. He added that instead of spending time for just entertainment, students must identify their talents and work on them. Guru or Teacher plays a pivotal role in shaping their future. He insisted on the importance of sports, since a sound mind exists in a sound body.

Many motivational songs were sung, followed by Acceptance Speeches and Valedictorian speeches. The Co-curricular Activities Topper Rolling Shield was bagged by Tunga House and Topper in Sports was Godavari House.  Founder-Chairman Sudhakar S. Shetty presided. Secretary Shuklatha S. Shetty, CEO Pavan Kumar Shetty, Principal D Karunakar, Administrative Officer Mukund and Malige Shankar, Secretary to Chairman Renuka, Apoorva Shetty, Trustee Sheethal and others were present.
