The Higher Primary and High School Section of Ideal Jawa Rotary School had their Annual Day at Kalamandira with the theme “League of Legends.”

Management Committee Chairman Rtn. T.K. Chittaranjan,  Hon. Secretary Rtn. R. Vasudev Bhat, Rtn. M.C.S. Manohara, Principal S.A. Veena, alumni and parents were present.

The school honoured the students from the previous batch of Grade 10 — Nagendra Prasad (617/ 625), Anooj Raj (602/625),  Fardeen (601/625) — who secured 600 and above in the examination held in March 2017. A.P. Vishwas was awarded for cent percent attendance.

Rahul Nayak of Grade 8 was also honoured for securing the 3rd place in 600 mts running race at the State-level   Athletics Meet-2017.

The cultural acts depicted legends like Lord Sri Krishna, Sudha Chandran, A.R. Rahman,  Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, P. Susheela, Evolution of Bollywood Legends, Chipko Movement, Amitabh Bachchan, B.K.S. Iyengar, Mahatma Gandhi, Latha Mangeshkar, Dollu Kunita, Heroes of the Nation, Sunidhi Chauhan,      Jai Ho, Charlie Chaplin and Michael Jackson.
