Mysuru: B.S.  Sammith, a topper in Engineering Mathematics, has been awarded Sri Anniganahally Thammaiah Setty Endowment Medal (instituted by Dr. A.T. Eswara) of ISTE Chapter, P.E.S College of Engineering, Mandya. 

The award was presented to Sammith at the 11th Graduation Day held recently. He is the  son of Dr. B. S. Shivakumara and K. Nagalakshmi and great-grandson of late Vidwan B. Lakshminarayana Shastry of Vontikoppal, Mysuru. At present he is working as Software Engineer at a prestigious company in Bengaluru.
