Mysuru: A beauty parlour owner, who was said to be depressed in life, allegedly committed suicide by hanging self in city. The deceased has been identified as Meenakshi (45), wife of Somashekar and a resident of Vidyaranyapuram here. She was running a beauty parlour at Chamundipuram in city.

It is learnt that Meenakshi committed suicide when the family members had gone out. Vidyaranyapuram Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
