Mysore/Mysuru: The Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana (BJS), Mysuru Chapter, celebrated International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm and participation at the Children’s Traffic Park in city this morning. The event aimed to promote the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being among the community.
The yoga session was conducted by Rachna, an experienced yoga trainer, who guided the participants through a series of yoga asanas and breathing exercises. The session focused on holistic health, relaxation and mindfulness, resonating with the global theme of Yoga Day.
Project Director Sharmila Dhoka explained in detail about brain power yoga and also highlighted the importance of it in our day-to-day life.
BJS Mysuru Chapter President Rajan Baghmar, Treasurer Manohar Sankala, Vice-Presidents Amit Chowhan & Kushal Palerecha, Secretaries Rajendra Desarla, Sunil Patwa and Navratan Pitaliya, Regional Secretary Sukhraj Vinayakiya, Ladies Wing President and Project Director Sharmila Dhoka, Ladies Wing Secretary Seema Bohra and Anchal Desarla, all members actively participated in the session.
Event concluded with a vote of thanks by Rajendra Desarla.
