Coming down heavily on the Madhya Pradesh Police firing on agitating farmers, that claimed the life of seven farmers, he alleged that the farmers were brutally done to death.
Asserting that farmers’ suicide was increasing by the day under Modi’s rule, he said that Modi’s mantra would not help the BJP win future elections.
Continuing his attack on the Prime Minister, Brijesh said Modi had not bothered to intervene for resolving the burning Cauvery and Mahadayi river sharing rows.
Brijesh wondered why the Centre had given premium for Additional Solicitor General Athmanand Nadkari to plead on behalf of Goa in Mahadayi Water row.
Ridiculing BJP’s ‘Mission-150’, he said that post Nanjangud and Gundlupet bypolls, this mission had turned out to be ‘mission-50’, as the BJP had no chance of coming to power.
