Canara Bank Founder’s Day tomorrow

The Regional Office 2 of Canara Bank, Mysuru, will be celebrating the 115th Founder’s Day of the Bank to mark the birth anniversary of its Founder Ammembala Subba Rao Pai. As part of the celebration, various programmes have been organised at Gurubhavan in T. Narasipur. On the occasion, under the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity, 115 ceiling fans will be distributed to Government Schools, three toilets are constructed and donated to Government Girls High School in T. Narasipur, meritorious girl students from Government Schools will be awarded with cash prizes. Also, more than 50 street vendors will be distributed loans under PM SVANidhi scheme and digital products will be distributed in rural areas, according to a press release.
