Debris, brought in tippers, are being dumping on either sides of Bogadi Road stretch from Harsha Bar junction to University Evaluation Bhavan, reducing the width of the road by 50% and also blocking storm water drains. Motorists and residents are wondering if any road works are being taken up on the stretch.
Garbage and plastic waste, which is dumped near Silk Factory compound is not cleared, resulting in cows eating plastic wastes, which may cause health hazard to them. In addition, the plastic wastes are scattered on the road due to winds. Authorities concerned are urged to get the garbage cleared at the earliest.

A tusker, which had strayed into the cotton field belonging to one Lakshmanegowda at Devalapura near Saragur in H.D.
