Sale of meat banned on Feb. 15

The Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has banned sale of all types of meat on Feb. 15 on account of Mahashivarathri. Accordingly, all meat shops and slaughter houses coming under MCC limits have been instructed to be closed on that day, according to MCC Health Officer.
