As per an order of the Directorate of Municipal Administration, public seeking building plan approval, should apply only online through the new portal – http://210.212.200.43/LBPASPORTALTRAINING. The Directorate introduced Online Building Plan Approval System (OBPAS) last month and hence handwritten applications seeking plan approval will not be accepted anymore, according to a release.
