Bengaluru: The Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to professional courses such as B.E, B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Sc., (Ag), BVSc., etc., in Karnataka Colleges will be held on Apr. 20 and 21, 2024.

Announcing the dates of CET in Bengaluru on Friday, Karnataka Examination Authority  Executive Director S. Ramya said that students can apply online from Jan. 10 along with the stipulated fee. The Biology and Mathematics paper will be held on Apr. 20 and Physics and Chemistry on Apr. 21. All the papers will be for 60 marks, she said adding that the Kannada language exam for Kannadigas living outside the State and in border areas will be held on Apr.19 at Bengaluru, Bidar, Belagavi, Ballari, Vijayapura and Mangaluru centres.

Engineering courses

Continuing, Ramya said that the CET for direct entry to third semester of Engineering courses (BE) will be held on Apr.18. Also, the PG – CET for admission to MBA, MCA, M.E, M.Tech and M.Arch courses will be held on Apr. 18 and 19.
