CIT to celebrate Founders’ Day and Silver Jubilee on June 10

Coorg Institute of Technology (CIT), Ponnampet, South Kodagu, run by Kodava Education Society, will celebrate its Founders’ Day and Silver Jubilee on June 10 at the CIT Auditorium at 10 am.

Lt. Gen. Pattacheruvanda C. Thimayya, PVSM, VSM, ADC will be the chief guest.

Kodava Education Society Hon. President Dr. M.C. Kariappa will be preside.

As part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations, CIT has organised various cultural events from June 10 to 13.

June 10: Founders’ Day at 10 am; Graduation Day – afternoon.

June 11: Inter-Collegiate Techno Cultural Fest ‘Vismash.’

June 12: DJ Night.

June 13: College Day and Musical Night; Concert by noted playback singer Vijay Prakash and team – 7 pm  onwards.
