Dangerous obstruction of transformer component

Sir,

This is to draw the attention of the authorities concerned towards a pipe component jutting out half way till centre of the road from a transformer installation on the road opposite to Vyshak Residency hotel situated in city bylanes.

During my visit to the hotel recently, I noticed that it obstructs the traffic and is dangerous to pedestrians also.

Will the Traffic Police take note along with CESC and ensure corrective action before any fatal mishap occurs?
