As part of Dasara festivities, Bharat Vikasa Parishad, Bharadwaja Shakha, Mysuru, will be conducting a Dasara Doll Arrangement Contest in city. The contest is open for members of the public and for organisations. Commercial establishments are barred from contesting. Devaraj Urs Road, Mob: 98867-28816. The judges of the contest will visit the participating houses on Oct. 5, 6, 7 and 8 to evaluate the Dasara Doll Arrangements at the spot in three categories. Last date to apply is Oct. 4. The prize distribution function will be held on Oct. 19 at 4.30 pm at Bombe Mane, Pratima Gallery, Nazarbad, according to a press release from Bharat Vikasa Parishad.
