Mysore/Mysuru: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. K.V. Rajendra will visit Kodagalli village in Bannur hobli, T. Narasipur taluk on Feb. 20 as part of ‘Jilladikarigala Nade Gramada Kade’ (DC’s march towards villages). The State Government has launched the village stay programme to take the Government to the doorsteps of villagers and also to connect with the people at grassroots-level.
All the DCs, Tahsildars and concerned officers will visit villages on third Saturday of every month to hear the grievances of the villagers and provide suitable solutions.
Kodagalli villagers have been asked to submit written applications about their problems in advance to the concerned Nada Kacheri, Deputy Tahsildar, Revenue Inspectors and get their issues resolved on the spot.
Excluding T. Narasipur taluk which is being visited by the DC, Sub-Divisional Officers and Tahsildars will visit Devagalli in Jayapura hobli of Mysuru taluk, Manjanahalli in Agrahara hobli of K.R. Nagar and Saligrama taluks, Nooralakuppe in Antarasanthe hobli of H.D. Kote taluk, Kittur in Bettadapura hobli at Peri-yapatna taluk, Alanahalli Hadi in Kandalike hobli of Saragur taluk and Halepura in Dodda Kavalande hobli of Nanjangud taluk and interact with the villagers, according to a press release from the Additional DC.
