Mysuru: The senior girls athletic team of De Paul International Residential School won the CISCE State Athletic Championship title in the CISCE State Athletic Championship held at Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru on Sept.11 and 12.

The senior boys team of the school also performed well in the championship and won medals. The championships were organised by the CISCE Council of ICSE Schools of     Karnataka Chapter.

WINNERS – Senior Girls

Aleena Maria Alex – Gold Medal in 100m, Silver Medals in 200m and Long-Jump; Izah Fathima – Gold in 800m; Sonia D. Jacob – Silver Medals in Shot-Put and Discus-Throw; Likhitha – Silver in 800m; Rhea – Bronze in Discus-Throw.

Senior Boys: Jiwon Kim – Gold Medals in Shot Put & Discus-throw; Mario Sheldon – Gold in Javelin; A.J. Nikhil – Silver in 5km walk and 110m Hurdles; Rahul Ramesh – Silver in High Jump; R. Anjan – Silver in Shot-Put.
