DYES, Bengaluru defeated Hassan 2-1 in the first semi finals of the Hockey Mysore Invitation Cup-2024 Men’s Hockey tournament  being held at the University of Mysore Hockey Grounds here this morning.

The match was tied at 1-1 after the end of full time. Later, DYES managed to edge out Hassan 2-1 in the penalty shoot out, thus securing a place in the final match.

In the second semi-final, AGORC, Bengaluru defeated hosts Mysuru 3-2 to enter the final. This match also ended in a 1-1 draw after full time. However, AGORC succeeded in edging out Mysuru 3-2 in the penalty shoot.

DYES,Bengaluru and AGORC, Bengaluru will feature in the final match of the 4-day tournament, in which  a total of 12 teams had taken part.
