This corner stretch of footpath on 4th Main, 28th Cross, Vidyaranyapuram, which houses a welding shop, has been literally converted into a room with iron grills, wooden planks, clothes hung for drying, a permanent iron kennel for a dog. This dog is ferocious and recently bit an evening walker also.

Will the authorities concerned clear this encroachment on a priority basis?
