Mysore/Mysuru: JSS Science and Technology University (JSS STU), SJCE Mysuru, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ESPAR Consulting, USA. The collaboration is a part of industry-institute partnership initiatives with companies towards enhancing students on career counselling, training for job opportunities, Project Mentoring and Internships and full time Employment opportunities.

The MoU was signed by Dr. S.A. Dhanaraj, Registrar of JSS STU and Nagendra Sanjeeva,  Founding-Member and Technology Advisor, ESPAR, USA, on Mar. 22. This MoU mainly focuses on Projects and Research Work.

Nagendra Sanjeeva is a proud alumni of Department of Electronics and Instrumentation (E&I). He graduated in the year 1992 and served in many leadership roles in leading companies such as Thomson Reuters, Citibank and MasterCard at USA before starting ESPAR. Prasanna Hegde, Co-Founder and Technical Advisor, ESPAR, USA, also participated in the event.

Dr. Dhanaraj is of the opinion that this collaboration will help students to enhance their knowledge in advanced technology in mobile applications, cloud computing, AI and latest developments in Technology.

Dr. M.S. Mallikarjunaswamy, Assistant Professor, Department of E&I, coordinated the activities related to this MoU along with Dr. Vanishri Arun, Coordinator, International Affairs, JSS STU. Dr. S.B. Kivade, Principal, SJCE and Dean (Engg. & Technology), Dr. K. Umarani, HoD, E&I, Dr. K. Shailaja, Associate Professor (E&I), Dr. B.S. Harish, Dy. Registrar, Dr. M.S. Maheshan, Asst. Registrar, Heads of various Departments, faculty members and students were present.
