Introduce direct buses from Mysuru to Electronic City and Whitefield

May 9, 2018

Sir,

Many of us travel by KSRTC buses after finishing our work in the evenings from Electronic City to Kengeri, from Electronic City to Majestic, from Whitefield to Majestic (even to Satellite bus stand when we don’t get buses from Kengeri due to weekend rush or since buses don’t enter the bus stand) to catch buses to Mysuru almost every Friday and vice-versa on Sunday.

As a result we have to undergo different hardships and uncertain timings to reach Mysuru and our respective destinations. We are forced to reach Mysuru during dead of midnights many a time completely drained, totally exhausted and risking ourselves to untoward incidents.

Our aged and worried parents will either be anxiously waiting at the bus stand or at home spending sleepless nights.  And we may not be able to return on time in our return journey also.

In this connection, I request the KSRTC authorities to introduce direct buses from Mysuru to Electronic City, so also to  Whitefield from Kuvempunagar Bus Depot and vice-versa which gives us a great mental, physical and financial relief. This also helps other passengers of Ramakrishnanagar, Srirampura, Kuvempunagar, Aravindanagar, Jayanagar etc., of Mysuru and Konanakunte,  Gottagari, Nobonagar, Banneraghatta road etc., of Bengaluru in addition to other major bus stations who are alighting and boarding the same buses enroute. If not introduce bus services at least at the beginning and end of the week.

No industries , No business development no jobs for youths and no salary but cost of leaving in mysuru is huge. Mysuru should change in industrial wise to create jobs.

Mysore is a cultural city and has a market for cultural events and activities and is no place for industrial manufacturing companies, Mysore is a artistic city one can earn only through being in these domains.
