K.V. Nagendran (72), a resident of Saraswathipuram (behind City Law Courts), passed away yesterday at his residence, following a brief illness.

He served as the Manager of Graduates Co-operative Bank and as one of the Directors of Saptarshi Credit Co. Operative Society Ltd. in Jayanagar here.

He leaves behind his wife, a son, a daughter, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
