Kotera Chengappa (97), retired Chief Engineer at Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and a resident of No. 12, 1st B Cross, 1st Stage, Brindavan Extension, passed away yesterday in city.

A native of Balamberi village, Parane Post in Kodagu district, he leaves behind his wife Radha (Koothanda), two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at Chirashantidhama in Gokulam this afternoon.
