Miscreant sets fire to two cars

April 6, 2022

Mysore/Mysuru: Two cars that were parked outside the house were torched by a miscreant in the wee hours of Monday at Raghavendranagar in city. Both the cars are said to be owned by one Surendra and a CCTV has captured a miscreant pouring petrol and setting the cars on fire.

Surendra has suspected the involvement of a person of the same locality behind the incident, but has not lodged a complaint at the jurisdictional Police Station.

Meanwhile, Nazarbad Inspector Srikanth said that though they had received the information, neither the owner of the cars nor others have lodged a complaint and hence no case has been registered in this regard.

Portion of the top of both cars have been damaged due to the fire and it is suspected that someone known to the owners of the car and having personal enmity may have committed the  crime.
