National Library Week-2022

The Department of Public Libraries, Mysuru City and District Central Library have jointly organised National Library Week-2022 event at City Central Library in People’s Park, Nazarbad here on Nov. 14 at 9.30 am.District in-Charge Minister S.T. Somashekar will inaugurate the event while Primary and Secondary Education Minister B.C. Nagesh will inaugurate the book exhibition. MLA L. Nagendra will preside. MP PratapSimha will garland the bust of NalwadiKrishnaraja Wadiyar while Mayor Shivakumar will unveil the photographs of various branch libraries coming under the City Central Library limits.

MPs V. Sreenivasa Prasad and SumalathaAmbarish, MLAs, various Boards and Corporations’ Chairmen and Heads will be present on the occasion.
