Mysuru: Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) and Karnataka Electricity Board (KEB) Engineers Association have organised a one-day national seminar on Smart Grid at the Association premises located at Kadakola, Mysuru-Nanjangud Road tomorrow at 10.30 am. The event will be inaugurated by Department of Energy, Additional Chief Secretary Mahendra Jain. CESC Managing Director Dr. H.N. Gopalakrishna will preside. National Smart Grid Mission, New Delhi, Director, Arun Kumar Mishra, will deliver the keynote address. 

Senior Director Kumud Wadwa and CESC Director Aftab Ahmed, will also speak. Association State General Secretary K. Thippeswamy and President T.M. Shivaprakash will be present among others, according to a press release from Bengaluru KEB Engineers Association Senior Vice-President and CESC Superintending Engineer K.M. Munigopal Raju.
