June 16, 2018Sir, At the entrance of Hinkal from city on Hunsur Road, next to Government School, the drainage which collapsed one year back is waiting for repair since then. Repeated written requests to Hinkal Gram Panchayat have yielded no result. This drainage is acting as a breeding place for mosquitoes with foul smell in the air….
