P.S. Mahamad Musstaf has been awarded Ph.D in Political Science by the UoM for his thesis ‘Indentity, Security and Developmental issues of Minorities in India; A study of Sachar Committee Report’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. Muzaffar Assadi.
