Poetry competition

As part of its ‘Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Odu’ (Reading the Preamble of the Constitution) programme, the Kannada and Culture Department has organised a Poetry Competition on the life, writings and speeches of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar for college students of the district. Studnets of PUC, Degree and Post-Graduate degree courses of Mysuru district can take part in this competition. The interested students can register at the office of the Department by submitting their bio-data and college Identity (ID) cards, before Feb. 25. The poems must be self-composed in Kannada (Only on the life, writings and achievements of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar) and should be between 60 and 100 words, not exceeding 12 to 20 lines.
