Post-matric hostel admission

The Office of Deputy Commissioner and the Backward Classes Welfare Department (BCWD), Mysuru, has invited online applications from students belonging to Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) and other communities for admission to its post-matric girls and boys hostels.

The annual income of the family of the candidates belonging to Category-1 should be below Rs. 2.5 lakh while for Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and other backward classes must be not more than Rs. 1 lakh. Eligible candidates must apply online by logging on to https://bcwd.karnataka.gov.in/english before Sept. 12.
