Rangoli art expo from Nov.3

City-based Kala Prapancha will be organising a three-day senior artist R. Raghavendra Rao’s Hyper Realistic Portrait Rangoli art expo at its premises, No. 47/A, M-Block, Kuvempunagar, from Nov.3 to 5. Veteran artist S.A. Ramarao will inaugurate the expo at 10 am tomorrow.
