Sir,
I would like to express my appreciation for the FlyBus service operated by KSRTC between Mysuru Sub-urban Bus Stand and Kempegowda International Airport (KIA), Bengaluru.
This service has been immensely convenient, especially for international travellers. However, I wish to bring to the attention of the KSRTC Divisional Commissioner and other authorities the significant inconvenience faced by passengers at the Mysuru Sub-urban Bus Stand due to the current boarding and de-boarding location.
Many passengers, particularly international travellers, carry heavy luggage and navigating through the crowded bus stand while manoeuvring their baggage is extremely difficult. The presence of stranded buses further adds to their hardship.
Additionally, families who come to drop off or pick up passengers struggle to find parking space near the bus stand, causing further inconvenience.
In the light of this, I request KSRTC authorities to consider shifting the FlyBus boarding and parking point to the space opposite Joyalukkas Jewellery Shop, adjacent to the Government Guest House compound.
This location offers ample space, making it easier for passengers to board and unload their luggage conveniently. It will also provide a hassle-free parking space for families accompanying their loved ones.
I sincerely hope this request is considered in the larger interest of travellers and that necessary steps are taken to relocate the FlyBus stop to a more accessible and convenient location. If implemented, this facility will greatly benefit passengers and enhance their overall travel experience.
