The Music and Dance School of Ganabharathi, Kuvempunagar, has organised the 25th anniversary celebrations on Feb.19 at 10 am.
The Principals who have served the institution and the teachers who are serving the school will be felicitated on the occasion. Awards for the winners in various competitions held to mark the occasion will be distributed.
The function will be held in Srimathi Ramabai Govinda Rao stage at Ganabharathi.
Pushpa Iyengar, former member of Karnataka Music and Dance Academy, will inaugurate. Director of Nirmithi Kendra M. T. Manjunath will be the chief guest. Dr. C. G. Narasimhan, President of Ganabharathi, will preside.
Latha Deshapande, Principal of the School and H. R. Sundareshan, Vice-President of Ganabharathi, will be present, according to a press release.
