State-level Swimming Contest Medal Winners

Following swimmers have won medals in various categories at the 20th State Masters Aquatic Chamionship-2018 organised by the Karnataka Swimming Association at Corporation Swimming Pool in Bengaluru recently:

Jagadish (Swimming coach at The Cosmopolitan Club, Mysuru) – Gold Medal in 100 mts Butterfly Stroke, Silver in 200 mts Individual Medley and Bronze Place in 4×50 mts Free Style Relay event. Jagadish is now selected to participate in the National-level competitions to be held at Vishakapatnam in Andhra Pradesh from Oct.12 to 14.

Y.K.A. Padmanabha (of Sundar Cable Network – representing Mysore District Swimming Association) – Gold in 100 mts Backstroke, 4×50 mts Free Style Relay and 4×50 mts Individual Medley Relay and Silver in 50 mts Butterfly and 200 mts Medley.

Sundaram Basappa (Owner of Sri Manjumatha Dish View – representing Mysore District Swimming Association) – Gold in 50 mts Backstroke, 50 mts Breaststroke, 4×50 mts Free Style Relay and 4×50 mts Individual Medley Relay and Silver in 50 mts Free Style and 100 mts Backstroke.

Achutha (Chartered Accountant – Member of Sri Kanteerava Narasimharaja Sports Club) – Bronze in 50 mts Butterfly and 4×50 mts Free Style Relay.
