Mandya: The State Government has transferred Mandya Deputy Commissioner N. Manjushree, replacing her by Bengaluru Horticulture Dept. Director Dr. M.V. Venkatesh as DC. Venkatesh is a 2009 batch officer and had held the post of Ramanagaram ZP CEO earlier.  Manjusree has not been assigned any position yet.

Mandya DC bans explosives for stone quarrying 20 kms around KRS Dam
