Gopal Krishna Rao (86), a office Superintendent in Southern Railways, passed away this morning at his residence in Krishnamurthypuram. He leaves behind three sons including ex-Corporator M.G. Mahesh and a daughter. He was the Founder-President of Daivagna Samaja, Mysuru. Last rites were performed this afternoon at the foot of Chamundi Hill.
