There is a big crater-like pothole on Akkamahadevi Road in front of Hotel Red Lotus Heritage, which is posing a great danger to pedestrians. Since it is located right in the centre of the road and what with vehicles zooming in all directions at that spot, it is proving to be a big risk in crossing the road (see photo).

This crater has been in existence since quite a long time now, without being filled up in a proper manner. Quite a few accidents have taken place here in the recent past, with injuries to pedestrians and damage to vehicles.

Hence, I earnestly request the authorities concerned to kindly repair this road properly and immediately before any further mishap takes place.
