The students of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)-Mysore Chapter had organised the 11th annual students event Umang-2017 recently.

Students of different colleges from Mysuru and students of CA / CWA / CS participated in essay writing, quiz, best manager, debate and pick & speak contests.  The event was inaugurated by G.M. Ganapathi, Chairman, ICSI-SIRC. V.J. Balakrishnan, Chairman-Mysore Chapter, welcomed.  Secretary S. Manjunath read the report. Professional student Chandana Tikoti and team coordinated the event.

The winners of the various competitions are: Essay writing: JSS Law College – 1st place, St. Joseph’s – 2nd place, Best Manager: JSS Law College – 1st place, Debate: MICA – 1st place, Basudev Somani College – 2nd place, Pick and Speak: JSS Law College – 1st place, St. Joseph’s – 2nd place, Quiz: JSS Law College – 1st place, St. Joseph’s – 2nd place.
